Here is an introduction of myself and achievements on which we base our service offerings.

Living in a healthy way, including healthy eating, healthy fasting, healthy exercising, and eco-friendly living and living an eco-lifestyle is rewarding with many benefits.

We bring you easy to follow steps that inform and guide you to unlock and sustain your health as a way of life. By owning your health, you improve your self-confidence and you enhance your inner peace.

HEALTHY EATING

Early in 2018, I had a mild cholesterol-induced heart attack. Fortunately, the Cardiologist was able to open the artery without invasive surgery.

I cut out anything to do with sugar and foods and drinks that contributed to cholesterol.

In the main I cut out chocolates, excessive cheese, and full cream milk, in fact any milk. And no more sugar. We occasionally indulge in a takeaway pizza or Indian food. I am wondering about cutting these out too.

Almost overnight I lost 10 kilograms. Been for regular checkups with the Cardiologist, with a clean bill of health.

HEALTHY FASTING, HEALTHY EXERCISING, AND AUTOPHAGY

The 5 day fast is an interesting learning experience.

I understood more and my awareness about eating, in general, evolved to where I’m able to distinguish between emotional eating and hunger.

It became evident that we’re able to easily go without food – as long as we have water, and saltwater too, when we feel drained of energy – with the occasional tea and coffee (without milk and sugar).

By practicing intermittent fasting for 14 hours on most days, I slowly started losing the extra pounds I was carrying.

I balance my food intake, with less time required for digesting the intake, modestly exercising regularly, and consequently providing ample time for autophagy to self-cleanse and self-heal.

This way of life is empowering and with confidence I’m able to state that I own my health and I own my body!

LIVING AN ECO-LIFESTYLE

“It is far too much hassle to recycle, reuse, repurpose. Recycling is difficult!.”

The recycling process requires many steps:

Selecting and saving specific items from what would otherwise be thrown out with the trash.

Then it requires storing those items until the next recycling drop off excursion. Or arrange for someone to collect the selected items ready for recycling.

Keeping in mind these items are scavenged from the trash. And that such items need to be kept dry, in a sense almost be looked after, from when rescued from the trash, until placed in the recycling bin, or collected by the recycling service provider.

We took the concept further and developed a residential green and eco-friendly home, including the latest smart technologies. In this home, we focus on low maintenance, easily renewable products. We developed the project within a certain budget and still have a way to go to complete it.
